Scott Ozawa

I fell into Real Estate a bit by accident. I started out with a townhouse I had purchased for my residence. I eventually into a larger place in San Francisco but got laid off and found work across the country. I kept the place as a rental with the intention of returning to use it as my residence but the area declined. Eventually, I sold it and 1031'd to a couple places in Sacramento where I learned there was a lot more to investing than the little I knew. But now, rather than doing it as an afterthought, I'd like to do it more proactively as I see the upsides and want to get a lot further with what's started as a pretty good thing. In other news, I'm really into skateboarding. I do downhill and freeriding. I've got a small bushings sponsorship, which is pretty cool given I'm 40 and suck at skateboarding.
