Scott Passman

Hello, I became interested in real estate in July of 2018 and have 2 rental properties to date. I am a voracious learner and have been educating myself as much as possible to learn more about real estate investing. My primary interest at this time is in multifamily properties in the west Chicago suburbs, Muskegon, and Indianapolis markets and am perpetually working to get to know those markets and make connections within them. I am a former triathlete and ultra-distance runner and if there is anything I can do well, it is to focus on a singular goal until it is achieved. In February of 2020 I started the Fox Valley Multifamily Investor Meetup in Geneva, IL as a social event to give local investors interested in real estate an opportunity to connect and build relationships in a relaxed setting. My current goals are building relationships with local investors/lenders/agents/contractors and helping others build their networks along the way.
