I currently reside in Gainesville Fl. Married to my best friend (Kary) with four children. Our children are between 7 & 27 years old. I'm interested in the real estate investment rental market. I have in the past looked into flipping properties but it seemed that the market was over extended at the current time. My wife and I feel it's the right time to purchase more investment properties, buy and hold for rental revenue, increasing our current real estate portfolio. With professional guidance I'm positive we could succeed.
