My wife, Amy, and I began our journey into real estate investing after meeting a couple at the PBR Finals in Las Vegas in 2018. I was a general superintendent for the 6th largest mechanical contracting company in the nation and my wife was a healthcare administrator for our local hospital. Together we earned a sizeable income but we were trading way too much time for these dollars and were seeking control over our lives and being able to spend our hours with the people and things that mattered most to us, not someone else. I began to seek information on real estate investing and during this education I found "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" and it totally changed my life. In April of 2019 we formed our business entities and got to work. By the end of our first year we had purchased 4 income properties and completed our first wholesale. As we completed our second full year of business we have grown to 9 rental properties and 20 storage units and completed two flips. This rapid growth was challenging to manage while still working outside the business so in August of 2020 my wife resigned from her full time position and became a full time real estate investor and property manager.
