I am a newbie looking to take action. I own one SFR in Birmingham, AL and I am looking to purchase another (preferably a duplex+). I personally invest in Birmingham, AL for cashflow but I will invest in Fayetteville, NC through my LLC. The goal is to grow passive income to achieve financial independence so I can spend my time volunteering and making a positive impact on my community.
