About myself
I am a real estate investor in Orlando, FL. I also own a real estate brokerage firm, SCR Realty in Orlando. I invest in SFR and built my personal portfolio to over 300 homes - I sold 200 of my SFR to a hedge fund at the end of 2021. I continue to do fix-n-flips and have recently started growing my rental portfolio again in 2024.
