2006 lost a $212,000 a year sales VP career at the age of 38. Resume wasn't being picked up. Met an investor with lots of rentals at a luncheon, knew I had to change to that path. Found a mentor who had created an education company, based on college style learning, (Renatus)... started taking classes without being upsold like the boot campers.. started executing deals... 7 years in I control (at time of posting) 135 doors, am a founder's advisor to the education company, have eight cities we have built local communities in... have over (at time of posting) 1003 people I have referred to the education (have a contract with education company to get paid on referrals almost like a nationwide REIA) that I support on daily webinars, weekly study groups, monthly workshops through our live support systems and webinar platforms. I am by NO means a GURU... I am still a student of real estate... ok that's me.
