I'm in the home repair and income property business. I really enjoy talking with and exchanging ideas with local investors. I do not get involved in fancy financing methods and other high leverage techniques. Just old fashioned / slow equity accumulation. Consulting with new investors / home owners as to the logistics of required repairs and maintenance is something I really enjoy. I'm hoping to connect with other investors and continue to learn.
