Experience: I'm a real estate broker and investor. I do a combination of flips, buy and hold as well as helping investors and families buy and sell homes. Along with my business partner, I've done over 25 flips, have owned single family and small multifamily, built a new construction spec house, lent money to other investors and now we own 2 mobile home parks and a commercial office in Melbourne Florida. My passion is growing my real estate brokerage by giving agents a platform to succeed while avoiding excessive brokerage fees. On the investment side, I'm focused on acquiring larger income producing assets to grow my portfolio. Recently started to dabble in short term rentals(have 3 in Melboune Fl now)
