Daniel Scruggs

Hi name is Dan Scruggs, currently living in Wilmington De, originally from Delaware County Pa. In 2011 I got out of the military and was having a hard time finding a job, ultimately the only job I was able to land was sweeping a warehouse at a local Fastener Company. Fast forward 10 years I worked my way up the ladder to an Inside Sales Rep. and during that time I found bigger pockets and was intrigued with the power of real estate and finical independence. While listening to BP podcast a constant is to put yourself out there by networking at local REI events and talk was started going to local meet up groups and ask questions. Do so lead me to house hacking a duplex and pursuing a new carrier in project management that works exclusively with real estate investors, "for investors by investors".
