I'm in my mid 50s married and a working stiff! My wife and I owned a small rv park for 9 years and recently sold the business. I'm looking at rental property, either single or multi family. I'm not willing to give up my middle class income (job... Stands for just over broke). I have no recent experience in real estate and would need all the help I could get.
