I moved to Cincinnati in 1987 and have been a suffering Bengals fan ever since. Fortunately, both parents graduated from Ohio State, so I have 1 quality football team to root for. After briefly attending Ohio State myself, I graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 2000 and earned my MBA from Xavier in 2012. During the golf season, I play 3-4 times a week. Experience: I joined a wholesaling business in February 2012 to learn how to flip houses and purchased my first project in April. I've since flipped 7 houses and rehabbed 2 primary residences. In August 2015, I started my own wholesaling business and have wholesaled more than 250 houses through the end of 2015. Real Estate Goals: I've already gotten everything I could hope for from Real Estate, so now we focus on helping investors find deals, contractors, etc. Currently Seeking: We always need more buyers and sellers, but our future growth will be fueled by attracting more investors to join our private lending program, where we pay 15% annual interest.
