I am very excited about Real Estate investing opportunities and have been working to do my research. This includes BP Forums, Ultimate Beginners real estate guide, many books and the great podcasts to say the least. I’ve also just begun to attend the REIA meetings locally. I’m in the Portland area and will be starting in wholesaling. My subsequent plan is for buy and hold investing in SFH’s to create a passive income over time. There is a ton of very experienced members here on BP however I don’t want to simply ask for advice as that is only self-­serving. Instead I’ll work to add value and share thoughts of my own in the hope that others who may have already experienced an issue I deal with will offer their opinions and/or guidance. I’ll look forward to engaging with everyone and will continue to work on Taking Action.
