I currently work as a firefighter in New York City and house hack a duplex with my Wife, Liz, in Westchester NY. Together we have done the BRRR strategy successfully in NY on a few occasions. We recently sold out other rentals and are moving towards larger multifamily deals. I am also in a partnership that focussed on B/C multifamily properties in NY's capital region.
