Sean Haardt

I am a high school history teacher in western Maryland, married with 2 young daughters, looking for enough of a second income to be financially independent. I bought my first rental, a duplex, in June of 2017 in Hagerstown, MD. My wife and I currently own 7 units on 4 properties, I just flipped my first house in Dec 2022 and plan to continue both rentals and flips. I'm currently house-hacking a duplex but loving the home and neighbors so I might stay here a while longer than planned. I credit BP with getting me started on this road. Thanks Josh and Brandon.
