About myself
I am a buy-and-hold investor looking for single family homes. My goal is financial freedom that will get me control over my time! To start this, I'm looking to acquire 12 properties in the next 4 years. My background is in Finance and Accounting with a home builder, so I am comfortable with deal analysis. I'd love to share analysis skills with rehab and local market experts.
