I am on BiggerPockets for two reasons. First, to be a resource to those interested in Self-Directed IRA's/401(k)'s. I have been with American IRA since 2008 and it is truly an amazing wealth building tool and I am very passionate about helping investors learn about this strategy. Second, I am also a real estate investor myself. I primarily focus on my rental portfolio but I am have also purchased tax liens as well as made hard money loans to other investors.
