About myself
Hello, I'm a 39 year old interested in buy and hold rentals. I bought a house with a partner in October 2007 to flip, but ended up holding that for 15 years before selling for no gain. I want to get back into the real estate game the smart way, so I'm educating myself as much as I can and trying to network before making my next move.
