Experienced real estate investor in the Metro Atlanta area. I started my journey in 2018 and purchased my first flip. Learned valuable lessons during the process and lost a lot. Worked as a contractor/helper for 1.5/2 years under a general contractor to learn the fundamentals of construction. Transitioned into acquisitions in 2021, working for a local investor and his partner. After 30+ successful transactions and over $1M net revenue generated, we parted ways. Currently looking for partners/funding sources/etc to fix and flip cosmetic single family homes in the Metro Atlanta area.
