I have roughly 15 years in the real estate industry covering private equity, ground up, residential flips, and residential rentals. I spent 3 years with one of the largest private equity groups in Philadelphia, Lubert Adler, evaluating multi family value add projects across the US. From there I transitioned to public accounting, Cohn Reznick, as an auditor for multiple residential and commercial real estate developers throughout MD, DC, PA, and TX. I left corporate America to go off on my own as a residential hard money lender back in 2014 and have originated over $250M in transactions since then. While running my lending operation, I have also successfully renovated and sold close to 20 projects as well. I have been able to successfully manage multiple out of state projects simultaneously while still maintaining a solid budget as well as completion deadlines. I have also successfully raised $20M in capital related to originating hard money first position mortgages. Since February of 2022 I have closed close to $75M in loans already.
