Hello Everyone! My name is Sean Roland, I started my real estate investing career in 2008. I purchased a foreclosed 4-plex where I lived in one and rented out the others. I gained a lot of experience in being a landlord and property management. Fast forward to today... I’m still managing properties while working full time and building my wholesaling business.
