About Me After nearly 20 years of working in corporate finance as an active CPA, I decided to start building a real estate investment portfolio for our family. We bought, rehabbed and rented our first long-term rental property in 2024/2025 and are looking to repeat the process 2-3 times a year. Buy Box We primarily target SFRs in Concord (28025 and 28027) and Kannapolis (28081 and 28083). We look for 2-3 bedrooms and 1-2 bathrooms between 1,000 and 1,500 sqft with value-add potential and close quickly with cash and/or private money. We also consider small multifamily and mid-term rental opportunities but generally avoid flipping, short-term rentals and large multifamily. Why Work with Us 1.
