Investment experience currently in the Jacksonville area of Florida with a small multi-family. This year my focus is on putting together my first commercial apartment deals. Looking to help others, problem solve, and partner with teams across the US. I have worked with many telecom REITs over the last decade and this exposure sparked my interest in the real estate model, infrastructure, and the benefits of real assets. I see real estate investing as a way to invest in alignment with my values, creatively design spaces, and generate a strong ROI. Bigger pockets has been one of many great resources in my learning process.
