Sebastian Hauer

Based in Charleston, SC, I’m an experienced entrepreneur, trader, manager, and software engineer, with over 15 years of experience working in the financial industry. I’m always looking for high yield investments both in my business ventures and in real estate. I’m currently a partner in a financial trading firm, focused on business development, trading, as well as trading system research. I’m invested in multiple apartment buildings totaling over 500+ doors. I’d like to expand into new multifamily real estate investment deals both locally and nationwide.
