**Currently House Hacking a 2 Bed 2 Bath Duplex** I was born and raised in South Jersey (Marlton). I graduated from East Carolina University (Greenville, NC) where I studied Finance. I am working as a Financial Analyst for a company in Greenville, NC. For the last 8 months I have been studying the market here in Greenville, NC. With that being said, I have been interested in real estate for years and have been spending my free time reading books and taking notes to prepare myself for my first deal.
