Sebastian Reymers

I am a general contractor with a design and carpentry background and experience fully renovating both medium (10-20 units) multi-family buildings, and occasionally taking on fun, design-driven project requests for new kitchens and baths from friends, family, and past clients to mix things up. I am originally from Germany and my Cleveland-born wife (a Realtor) brought me to the city I now love and call my home. I completed the full German carpentry training and apprenticeship program and then earned my Bachelors in Interior Design in Rosenheim, Germany. The design background helps me to improve floor plans, kitchen layouts, and find opportunities for value-adds for my investor clients. I have taken on a managing partner and will be expanding with a new company focused on commercial renovations while keeping my company for smaller projects. I may not be the cheapest guy showing up for estimates, but I have been brought on by enough clients as a "fixer" to know that my way of working and completing projects is difficult to find and is appreciated by each of them.
