I am a "recovering" stock market investor who has finally seen the real estate light. I've worked on large software development and maintenance programs for 3 decades, so the transition to real estate is kind of nice - at least there is less fiction involved. I am interested in long term, buy and hold investing in multi-unit residential and commercial properties.
