My goal is to network and build relationships with my BP colleagues while building a real estate business with fix and flips and rentals. I am so happy I brought my first rental in September 2018 after some renovations, placed the first tenant in December 2018. I am self managing the property, hopefully in 2 years if the value has increase I will sale. Currently looking for my first flip.
