Rental Property Investor
New to Nashville late 2019, working on beginning my investment journey here. The last few months I've been researching the market a lot, considering different strategies, almost bought a property or two. With no hands on experience I'm not sure which path I should start down. I'm either being patient and prudent, or wallowing in inaction. Not sure which. But I'm always interested in networking and learning from others. Financing lined up and I'm ready to go. Also willing to work in exchange for mentorship. Cheers
