Sara Hoang

I graduated at the University of Washington in 2009 with an undergrad Psychology degree and have been working in a research lab for the UW ever since. In June of 2014, my fiance and I started a real estate company called S&N Homes. We went to real estate networking events and checked out auctions every chance we had to learn the business and our goal was to one day acquire an investment property. We are interested in both fix & flips as well as buy & holds, but we wanted to start with the former to raise capital. In September, I went back to school to get an MBA at Seattle University. We both felt that having someone on the team with an MBA will help our business grow faster. Being in school full time and working part-time, I wasn't allowed much time to invest in our real estate business. Now that I am finishing up my final quarter, I've re-entered the real estate investing business, now under the new name, Radiant Homes, with two additional partners. In the months of June and July, we acquired 5 new investment properties. Realizing that we are still in start-up mode, we're really giving it our all to give our company a fighting chance, but luckily we're enjoying every bit of it.
