Rental Property Investor
I am a buy and hold investor with 17 units, primarily long term rental with a couple short term rental units. I work with my partner @scottjackelen to find and acquire off-market properties to add to our portfolio. We currently self-manage but will look to transition to management when self-management is no longer sustainable. Looking to connect with lenders and real estate investors in the Minneapolis - St. Paul area.
