About myself
I Buy Houses and Condos in the West Palm Beach, FL areas. I also partner with experienced investors. I am a cash buyer although my specialty is buying houses through the use of Creative Financing. There are so many ways of putting together Creative Financing deals, one of my most favorite ways is Lease Purchase.
