I would love to setup passive income. I would like to invest in multiple multi family homes with hopes of getting into bigger commercial residential real estate investments focusing on cash flow. I would first want to house hack a 3 to 4 family utilizing an fha loan or credit union/community bank loan. I need and want more knowledge to better my education on all topics of real estate to be successful with this goal. Seriously in pursuit of knowledge
