I am just starting out. My experience so far is my own personal home, which was a duplex. I was the landlord for the upstairs tenants for 7 years. It went well and I got a taste for having somebody else make me passive income. I have since sold that home, downsized and I am currently living with my family in a rental townhome. We are looking to purchase another home, but beforehand we're looking to make lots of passive income to replace my teaching job.
