About myself
My husband and I have been real estate investors since 2013. We have found a great shortage of real estate agents that are also investors or spoke "real estate investor". I attained my Missouri Real Estate license in December 2018 and use my specialized knowledge to help investors, wholesalers and vendors. (Yes! I did say I help wholesalers.) I look at my market as a real estate ecosystem. If we are knowledgeable and learn how best to support each other then our entire market will improve.
