I'm an Investor, Agent and CPA and am passionate about all-things real estate. I love the freedom, flexibility and the challenges it provides. I also enjoy active involvement in projects, love construction and to analyze deals and numbers. My background includes flipping, rehabs, managing rentals locally and remotely, including out of state short term rentals (AirBnB).
