Founder and former owner of a condo / HOA management company, current owner of a boutique real estate brokerage, an accredited investor and a certified mediator. In my years in the industry, I have owned, managed, and operated, directly and indirectly, just about everything from individual homes and small multi family to hundreds thousands of square feet of mixed use developments with luxury hotels, grocery stores, general retail and the like. Current personal investment portfolio includes three STRs, an office building, and a retail plaza. Most of my experience is in urban high density areas. On a personal level, I am easy going, happily married, with a grown "kid" that already made me a grandpa!
