I am a Computer Engineer, happily married with 3 kids, living sunny Miami Florida. Experience: The real state marked has been good to me all this time, however I never saw it as a business.Tired of paying rent, in 2002 I bought my first 1/1 at 65K and two years later sold it for 120K, this money allowed me to finish my career in 2007. Bought a 350K house in 2007 that by 2012 was valued at 186K , that year i was able to negotiate with the bank a short refi at the actual price....so I can't complain. Up or Down the real state marked it has worked out for me. Real Estate Goals: Acquire knowledge from experts in the field, in order to make informed decisions when investing in real state properties.
