Hi BP! My name is Sergio Petralia. I am a finance professional working in New York, NY, with a focus in Risk & Compliance. Outside of my day to day, I am an avid learner of different real estate investment strategies and monitor my local market daily. I am extremely interested in the BRRRR strategy, house hacking, and buy & hold investment opportunities. I will consider both local or OOS markets.
