I run Easy Lending USA, a platform that connects real estate investors with private lenders. My background is digital marketing, and I have worked in hard money and private lending. We are not a lender and we do not deploy our own capital. We bring business-purpose, non-owner-occupied investor deals to direct lenders and earn a fee from the lender side when a loan funds, so I have a financial interest in anything I post about the company.
