About myself
I am a note investor and CEO of Notable Gains. I primarily focus on buying non-performing 1st position mortgages in the $50k to $250k range. I work with joint venture partners to fund deals and split the profits. I am also a Commercial Lender with Dayton Capital Partners, lending exclusively to investors for transactional funding, hard money fix/flips, rental properties, and commercial properties.
