Seth Engelbrecht

I grew up in Waverly, IA where I still live with my wife, Tricia, and 2 kids today. I graduated from Wartburg College with a degree in Business Administration. I started working at a local credit union shortly after graduation as a retail lender. In November 2015 I switched jobs and became a commercial banker at First Bank in Cedar Falls and have been there since. I work with real estate investors and business owners to take care of their lending and other banking needs. My family has been involved in many construction projects through the years and with their help I was able to build my own house while still in college which got me hooked on real estate. I started investing in real estate shortly there after and currently own 18 units.
