I am a Real Estate Investor and Agent in Houston, TX. I currently own 37 units and have flipped several homes. I am the owner and managing partner of Real Estate After Dark. Our focus is on multi family and continue to grow at a rapid pace using the BRRR strategy along with syndication. We earn massive yields thru our strategy and plan to grow to 500 units or more in the next 5 years. Previously, I owned 2 Jimmy John's restaurants in Danville, Illinois. I went to Ball State University to play baseball, but majored in Construction Management. I continued on to play professional baseball. Building my 2 stores, the real estate side of the deal interested me very much, so I began my Investment portfolio.
