I am a real estate broker servicing the Wilmington and surrounding areas for residential as well as NC statewide for commercial. I want to specialize in multi family but so far have had to deal with SFR to stay afloat. I love the math involved in the multi family realm. I currently have a Masters in criminal justice but am looking into going back to get my MBA. Am very investor friendly and plan on getting into the ownership game when I have the available funds with multi family. I am a ten year combat veteran with the US Army as well as almost a decade in law enforcement.
