Seth Razor

Currently focused on Short Term Rentals (STR) in Scottsdale, AZ. Willing to invest in both turn-key properties as well as rehab properties for buy and holds and possible flips. Always looking to connect with fellow STR investors as well as local wholesalers for future deals. I am a remote investor who works in Texas but can still be very involved through telecommunication and periodic visits as necessary.
