Hey, I'm Seth. I have been in commercial construction for nearly 20 years. I also ran a warehousing and logistics company. I have had an interest in real estate ever since I started in construction. I currently work for the largest concrete construction contractor in the country. I love concrete! I am a member of Urban Land Institute (ULI) and sit on one of its Local Product Councils. I get to hang out with some really smart folks - developers, architects and engineers - in the commercial real estate development world. I'm always listening for ways to help others out on their projects - connecting, advising, hustling and/or investing. I also hold a commercial general contractor's license for Virginia. I have passed the contractor's exams for North Carolina and Tennessee as well. Currently, I am laser-focused on investing in self storage facilities.
