For years, I have had a passionate interest in real estate, investing and holding long term to make that passive income. I bit the bullet 8 years ago with a duplex in Albany, NY and have never regretted it. I currently have a gov't 9-5 and can't retire for quite a few more years; but I am taking this time to align myself for a future full of life, love and happiness.
