Steven Greenhill

As a native New Yorker and long-time resident of Chelsea, Steven Greenhill understands that real estate is as much about the customer service as it is about finding the right home and the right investment for his clients. Whether working with first-time buyers and sellers or the most seasoned of investment professionals, he works hard to create the most seamless and efficient transaction. Steven brings his background in the financial industry to ask the right questions to assess a client’s specific needs and present them with a full range of options to suit these needs and their budget. Steven’s background in finance brings a unique skill set to obtain spot-on pricing and comps for the client. He isn’t afraid to work around the clock to research every available option for buyers and provide encyclopedic knowledge on current market conditions for sellers on the macro and micro levels. Steven was a resident of Singapore and Shanghai for over three and a half years. He was given the opportunity to study Mandarin for ten years. Additionally, he speaks Spanish and some Japanese. Steven graduated magna cum laude from Lehigh University with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Finance, Accounting, and Mandarin. After graduating, he worked for a number of hedge funds, private equity firms, and investment banks, where he learned extensively about pricing and marketing deals to all types of clients. His clients appreciate his ability to recognize the value of a dollar, creating the highest return on investment for buyers and sellers alike. Steven has worked with an international clientele, including Latin American, Asian, and European clients, and is able to understand the unique cultural differences, which have helped him become a keen negotiator.
