Sukhbir Grewal

I am a passionate project manager and young professional interested in real estate investing. Specifically I am fascinated with the opportunities that the millennial generation will provide to forward thinking real estate investors. As more of this generation waits to have children and continues preferring renting to owning; the opportunities for profitably are extensive. I have experience running a startup in Silicon Valley, and I have also been a project manager for commercial real estate development sites. Project categories I have overseen include travel centers, hotels, and convenience stores. I am looking for guidance and partnerships with individuals who have experience in real estate investing. In return I am more than willing to provide my perspective as a single millennial who has lived in multiple metropolitan areas.
