I'm an experienced residential and commercial rehabber, wholesaler and licensed real estate agent with 22 years in the business. I specialize in abandoned properties, foreclosures and estate sales (residential and commercial). I'm also a volunteer and youth mentor for an inner city youth group within my local farm area.
